(Tallmadge, Ohio) – Summit County Developmental Disabilities Board, or Summit DD, is hosting a series of community meetings to discuss a new Center for Medicaid Services (CMS) rule that went into effect in March 2014. The rule states that federal Medicaid funds can no longer be used to pay for Waiver services that have the effect of isolating people.
