The Parent Transition Academy is Back!

2018-19 Parent Transition Academy

Back by popular demand, the Parent Transition Academy is returning this fall! This popular, four-part series is a great way to prepare for your teen’s future. (Read about the previous 2018 series that ran from January through April.)

This informational series is the perfect opportunity for families to learn about, discuss and navigate some of the important topics that will affect your teen’s path to graduation and adulthood. Some of the topics include transition law, pathways and planning, guardianship, special needs financial planning and self-advocacy. Don’t miss the Transition Fair at the February session. Families can meet providers and learn more about services available for adults.
