Provider Satisfaction

Summit DD contracts with the Center for Marketing and Opinion Research (CMOR) to conduct an annual Service Satisfaction Survey.  The survey is designed to gather satisfaction from both persons served and parents/guardians in the areas of:

• Overall Satisfaction with Summit DD
• Satisfaction with Services:
  • Residential Services
  • Adult Day Services (Work Centers, Day Programs)
  • Community Employment
  • Transportation
  • Children's Services
  • Transportation
  • SSA
• Choices & Activities (person served only)
• Recreation & Leisure Options
• Decision Involvement (parent/guardian only)

In the area of "Satisfaction with Services", Summit DD surveyed a statistically valid sample to obtain satisfaction data by provider for the areas of Residential, Adult Day Services, Community Employment and Transportation.  We are pleased to share the entire report with our customers:  2010 Provider Satisfaction Report
