Event Description

The Summit County Employment First Transition Team is hosting an expo for teens and families looking to transition from school to adult life. This event is a must for anyone looking for information about services in Summit County to youth with disabilities and their families. You’ll walk away with resources and tools to assist you with navigating the opportunities that Summit County has to offer you or your loved one.
