Ohio’s system of supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is entering a new period in its evolution. The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) and the County Board system as we know it, are preparing for change to comply with new federal Medicaid Rules and changes funded in the Governor’s historic budget. The expectation is that there be an even greater focus towards inclusion and community involvement for all persons served.
