Kathryn Duncan, Service and Support Administrator

“I previously worked at Child Guidance and Family Solutions in the TAPS Program (Toddlers and Preschoolers Succeeding). When thinking about working for Summit DD, I am most excited to be able to help individuals in the community reach their fullest potential. I believe that each individual brings something special to this world, and I want to bring that to light. On a more personal note, I come from a big family! We love to spend time together whether it be Football Sundays or family dinner together once a week. I rescued a dog named Meeka in 2020 and we enjoy spending time going on walks and swimming. In my down time, I enjoy reading books and watching a good movie.” – Kathryn Duncan, SSA

Deb Bailey, Service and Support Administrator

“I have been fortunate enough to have spent the last 15 years of my career working with individuals who have developmental disabilities. I have worked for both provider agencies as well as other county boards. Most recently I was employed with JFSA as an ICF Director/Training and Quality Improvement Coordinator. I am excited to be starting here at Summit DD as an SSA Coordinator! I think what I am looking forward to most is building new relationships with individuals/families and working to support them in the way they want to be supported. In my personal time, I enjoy being with my family, especially my nine nieces and nephews. I also enjoy spending time with my 3 very spoiled rescue dogs and my 4 equally spoiled rescue cats.” – Deb Bailey, SSA

Augusta Jordan, Service and Support Administrator

“Before coming to Summit DD, I worked in community corrections for the past 21+ years. I look forward to assisting our individuals reach their goals and helping to make a positive impact on the community. In my free time I like doing crafts and spending time outdoors. I also have 4 boys and enjoy being part of all their activities.” – Augusta Jordan, SSA
