Megan Olesen, SSA

“I previously worked here for almost 5 years as an SSA then left to spend a few years at home with my daughter. I’ve been an SA in Cuyahoga County since the beginning of 2021 and am very excited to be back! I love helping individuals create goals for their lives and surrounding them with the support they need to reach those goals. My family enjoys traveling around to new places in our camper. I love reading and spending time doing so in my hammock outside on nice days!” – Megan Olesen, SSA


Sara Nyitray, SSA

“I have over 18 years of experience working in child welfare, with the last 13 years at Summit County Children Services. I am looking forward to new opportunities working and helping people of all abilities.  I am most excited to be part of the team at Summit DD. In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering my kids on with my husband in their sports and activities.  I especially love watching my two hockey goalies!” – Sara Nyitray, SSA


Michele Lingler, Behavior Support SSA

“Previously, I worked at the Stark County Board of Developmental Disabilities as a restrictive measure SSA for 3 years. I very much look forward to joining a knowledgeable team and a genuinely positive culture. With that I intend soak up as much knowledge/skill as possible to better serve those whom I encounter. Outside of working hours I enjoy a variety of activities including traveling to new locations, live entertainment, fishing, hunting, recreational shooting, a good book or household projects.” – Michele Lingler, Behavior Support SSA


John Snyder, Behavior Support SSA

“I have 20 years experience in the DD field and most recently worked at Koinoinia. I look forward to helping and advocating for those in need. In my free time, I love watching sports and spending time with my wife and children.” – John Snyder, Behavior Support SSA


Karissa Brierson, SSA

“I worked at Stark County Board of DD for 3 years prior to coming to Summit County. I am excited to learn more about the services that Summit County has to offer as well as build relationships with my teams and providers. My wife and I stay busy with our 3 kiddos, 4 dogs, and 2 cats. Our kids are 6, 7, and 8 and are active in dance, cheer, football, basketball, and baseball. When we are not busy with games or practices we like to spend our time together cooking and listening to music while we dance in the kitchen.” – Karissa Brierson, SSA


Carolyn Wilkes, RSS

“Before coming to Summit DD, I was a director of a child care center. During this time, I learned about Summit DD because we were partnered with them and turned to them for support and became amazed by them. I’m excited to be with Summit DD and to have the opportunity to be a part of making a difference in our community.  I’m a boy mom and a dog mom that builds laser beams throughout the house with her kid and fetch with the dog. In my spare time, I  enjoy visiting parks and  new places , drum fit, reading, learning about plants and being with family and friends.” – Carolyn Wilkes, RSS


Shannon Reusch, RSS

“I was employed at Hattie Larlham for over 10 years. Working at Summit DD I most look forward to connecting and helping children and their families and becoming part of the Summit DD family. In my personal time I enjoy playing with my dogs and spending time with my husband, friends and family.” – Shannon Reusch, RSS


Scott Fenn, RSS

“I previously worked for United Disability Services as a DSP ll. I look forward to using my personality and God given gifts to encourage, support and direct families with developmental disability needs. In my personal time I like to fish or hike, walk, and bike ride with my wife and grown children.” – Scott Fenn, RSS
