What’s Next?
We received your request and are busy getting your kit together. When it is ready for pickup (Approximately 5-7 business days) you will receive an email. Your Inclusion Day Kit can be picked up at the the reception desk of the location you selected weekdays between 8:00am and 4:00pm. *If you need to make alternative arrangements for pickup, please contact Amy Kelly at AKelly@SummitDD.org.
