Andrea Sharar, SSA

“I was previously an SSA at Cuyahoga County Board of DD. I also worked as a job developer for individuals with DD. At Summit DD, I look forward to meeting and making connections with new people. My husband, Damion, and I just became empty nesters! During my personal time, we look forward to going to concerts, traveling, and being active outdoors.” – Andrea Sharar, SSA

Danielle Paull, SSA

“While obtaining my undergraduate degree at Kent State University, I worked as a legal assistant at a law firm. Students with learning differences from the local high school would come into the firm and I had the opportunity to assist them in learning important job skills to take with them once they were to graduate high school. After I graduated from Kent State, I became a case manager for children and adolescents and assisted the children and their families getting linked to resources and advocating for what the children and families were requesting or needing. What I look forward to the most while working at Summit DD is continuing my ability to advocate for individuals and families to ensure that their voices are being heard. I am also looking forward to collaborating with internal and external providers to assist in providing the best wraparound supports possible for our individuals and families. If I am not at work, I am at the ballfields or the beach spending precious time with my husband and our three boys! I also enjoy fostering animals for local shelters in addition to learning sports photography.” – Danielle Paull, SSA
