Youth and School Age
When your child turns three years old, your local school district begins to administer services for your child. But did you know that Summit DD is still here to offer support for your school-age child or teen? We have Referral and Support Specialists (RSSs) available to help you navigate the questions parents encounter and connect you to community resources to help support your child's needs.
Summit DD listens to what's important to you and connects you to the right supports and resources to help you reach your goals. From employment to in-home care, and everything in between, we are your trusted partner to help make the meaningful connections that position you for success.
Relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Summit DD coordinates the essential services that families and people with developmental disabilities rely on to reach their goals. We listen, identify outcomes and connect you to the support that will give you the best opportunity for success.
Health and Safety
The health, safety and welfare of people we support is our primary concern. Summit DD takes this role very seriously and has many safeguards in place to ensure there is ongoing oversight in a variety of settings. From provider oversight to Quality Assessment Nursing, Summit DD is working hard to ensure the services you expect are the services being delivered.
