Your Blue Envelope packet will be available for pickup for 7 days from the date of your request. Packets can be picked up Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (excluding holidays) at:

If you selected mail delivery:
Blue Envelope packets are mailed once per week. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery through the U.S. Postal Service.
