How Does Summit DD comply with HIPAA?

What is HIPAA?

HIPAA stands for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. It is meant to protect the security and confidentiality of your health information. The privacy rule provides federal protections for personal health information held by covered entities, like Summit DD, and gives people an array of rights with respect to their information.
