Beginning Monday, May 19, 2025, the Center for Marketing and Opinion Research (CMOR) will launch Summit DD’s annual survey to gather feedback on the needs and satisfaction levels of individuals we serve, as well as their parents and guardians. We want to ensure you are aware of the legitimacy of the survey.
Who will be surveyed?
CMOR will conduct a statistically valid survey by randomly selecting participants from each customer group—approximately 400 adults and 600 families of both children and adults.
For Parents and Guardians:
- Those with an official email address on file with Summit DD will receive an email from CMOR containing a link to the online survey. Please note, the email will come from larinda@cmorresearch.com or noreply@alchemer.com.
- You may also opt to schedule a phone interview if preferred.
- Parents/guardians without an email on file will be contacted by phone Monday through Friday, between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., and can schedule a time that works best for them.
- in 2024, the majority of parents/guardians completed the online version, with only a few participating by phone.
For Individuals Served:
- Most adult individuals will complete the survey through your day program. CMOR will work directly with providers to arrange convenient times.
- Individuals may also opt for a phone interview.
- Last year, CMOR conducted about 50 phone interviews with individuals served by Summit DD.
- CMOR staff are trained in individual rights, person-first language, and MUI identification. They also use visual aids to support accessibility and inclusion.
Is participation required?
Please note that participation is voluntary, and all responses are confidential.
Survey results will be available later this summer and will provide insight into areas such as:
- Information and planning
- Access to services and supports
- Early intervention
- Choice and community involvement
- Health and safety
- Satisfaction with DSPs and services
- Overall satisfaction
Thank you for your continued support in helping us better understand and serve our community.
