Event Description
Back by popular demand! Summit DD, in collaboration with other local disability resources, presents the Parent Transition Academy. This four-part series is an opportunity for parents and guardians of middle and high school students with special needs to learn, discuss and navigate the important topics that affect your teen’s path to graduation and adulthood.
