Event Description
Parents, family members, transition-aged youth with disabilities and their siblings, professionals who support people with disabilities, and others are invited to attend. The 2023 Transition Expo will give attendees the opportunity to prepare for life after high school and to meet representatives from organizations who support youth and their families with successful transition to adulthood.
Thanks to the generosity of the ICAN City of Independence, this event is free of charge and no registration is required.
