Join us as we show our gratitude to all those who support our mission – especially Direct Support Professionals. These local heroes make it possible for people with disabilities to work in the community and live independently.

Reservations: $240 for a table of 8 or $35 per single seat. Reservation includes cost of parking, gift, and breakfast buffet of eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, danish, juice, coffee and tea. (Please email Amy Kelly at AKelly@SummitDD.org with any special dietary needs.)

- Table sponsorship includes recognition at the event.
- Reservations honored on a first come, first served basis to the first 300 paid attendees.
- Table/seat reservations must be received no later than Tuesday, March 5, 2024.
You can also nominate a deserving self-advocate, DSP, or community ally. Help us recognize these local heroes. Nominations are open now through 4:00pm on February 7, 2024.
