Project inclusion is hosting a “Home Grown Food” program.

Project Inclusion is a program offered by Summit Psychological Associates, in conjunction with Summit DD, to help connect people with developmental disabilities to existing community programs and explore interests. Project Inclusion facilitators help participants get acclimated to activities, as well as meet others in the classes. Facilitators will then typically fade out within two to three classes, so that participants can enjoy full inclusion and independence in the activity.

Program Description

During the first meeting, you will learn about gardening so you can grow your own vegetables!  During the second class, learn about canning, freezing, and preserving your fruits and vegetables!

Program Schedule

• 1st meeting on Saturday, May 2, 2015 from 10AM-12PM at Quirk Cultural Center (1201 Grant Avenue, Cuyahoga Falls).
• 2nd meeting on Saturday, June 6, 2015 from 10AM-12PM at Quirk Cultural Center (1201 Grant Avenue, Cuyahoga Falls).
