Join Summit DD and the Akron-Summit County Public Library as we host the the 4th annual Reelabilities Film Festival: Cleveland @ Akron. Reelabilities Film Festival is an annual event that promotes awareness and appreciation of the lives, stories, and artistic expressions of people with different abilities through film and community.

Can’t make it? We’ve got good news – We’ve added to the fun this year and will present five separate events between August and November to celebrate people of all abilities. The events include award-winning films and an experience such as: exhibits. tours, film discussions, expert panels and even family activities,

  • Hal & Minter* (24 min)
    Leonard Maltin, one of the world’s most respected film critics and historians, will reflect on our featured film, while also sharing his personal Hollywood story as a writer and TV personality and his journey living and thriving with Parkinson’s disease.
