Please join Summit DD, the City of Akron and The Children’s Museum for some winter fun at this year’s Winterblast. Summit DD will have special holiday helpers available to assist families with sensory sensitivities as they enjoy activities from 10am-1pm on Saturday, December 4th at 10 a.m.
- 10 am-11am: Sensory-Friendly Hour – A quieter environment while enjoying Winterblast activities
- 10am-12pm: Concession Pancake Breakfast to benefit the Inclusioneers (optional: Presale $8 and Day of $12)
- 10am-1pm: Summit DD supported activities- Visit Santa and get a gift, decorate cookies, ice skate (includes Cub Rink for little ones, ice aides and a newly adaptive ice sled), visit Archie the Snowmen, create art, play Polar Putt-Putt and visit the Akron Children’s Museum.
- 11am-10pm: Winterblast Activities- Enjoy all Winterblast activities (open to the public all season long).

Mobile Sensory Bus
Staffed with Summit DD helpers, the Inclusioneers Mobile Sensory Bus will be available if you need a break from the activities.
Reservations are required (via Eventbrite). Please visit the Eventbrite link or use the QR code in the flier attached to sign up. Free access to activities for the first 200 families.
