Making Meaningful Connections

Summit DD’s 2019-2021 Long Range Plan

Summit DD spent the last year talking to more than 300 people as we designed our next three-year strategic plan.  The next three years is all about making meaningful connections.  With those we serve, with families, with providers, with schools, with the community and countless others to achieve our vision that “Summit County is a community where people feel included.”

Find our updated mission, vision, values and three-year goals in the graphic below.  We will remain committed to sharing with you our progress on meeting these goals, so check back often.  Many thanks to the several people we support, families, staff, community members, and providers for their feedback in the creation of this plan.
