Nicole Elliott, SSA

“I previously worked at Cuyahoga Board of DD, where I worked with transition aged individuals (14-22) by helping them find out what they wanted to do in the next chapter of their lives, whether that be going to college, working, or attending an ADS or vocab program. I am excited to start my next chapter with Summit DD and look forward to making connections with the individuals we support, their families/guardians, and community providers, as well as meeting and connecting with my new colleagues! In my personal life I enjoy spending time with my family and my fur baby, Pierre! We are a big sports family, so game day watch parties are always at my house with a spread of yummy snacks!
