Jamie Armstrong, Director of Legal Services

“Prior to joining Summit DD, for 19 years I had my own law practice and for the previous 6 years I was the elected Mayor of the City of Munroe Falls. I am excited to join the team at Summit DD and be part of an organization that assists all people in achieving their goals. My wife Lisa and I are very proud of our soon to be 21-year-old daughter who is a junior at the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts, but who is currently studying at St. Andrew’s University in Scotland as part of HC’s study abroad program this school year.” – Jamie Armstrong, Director of Legal Services

Andrea Frost, Utilization Review Coordinator

“I was previously employed at Siffrin for 25 years. I am very much looking forward to learning my new position as a Utilization Review Coordinator, knowing that the work I will do behind the scenes helps the individuals served receive the best possible supports to live a full and happy life. In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, taking care of my pets, gardening, taking advantage of our wonderful metro parks and treasure hunting for vintage goodness.” – Andrea Frost, Utilization Review Coordinator

Danielle Smith, MUI Investigative Agent

“Before joining Summit DD I worked for Stark County Common Pleas Court. I spent nearly 20 years there at first supervising adult felony offenders and most recently conducting Pre-Sentence/Post Sentence Investigations/Judicial Release Reports for the Court. I wholeheartedly believe in Summit DD’s mission and core values. I am really excited to be here and I am looking forward to fully contributing to the MUI team and the agency. Outside of work, my husband and I have been married for nearly 25 years and we have 3 lively boys. We love spending quality time together, we like playing board games, attending the boys sporting events, spending time outdoors and cooking and barbecuing.” – Danielle Smith, MUI Investigative Agent
