Event Description

Back by popular demand, Summit DD and the Akron Zoo have partnered for Inclusion Day at Zoo, in celebration of March DD Awareness Month. Admission will be FREE for visitors wearing orange (the color of inclusion) on Monday, March 1, 2021!

NEW this year! Summit DD’s Inclusion Day at the Zoo will be extended to include Saturday (2/27) and Sunday (2/28)! Three days of inclusive fun!

Registration Required for FREE Tickets

Due to social distancing guidelines, Zoo capacity will be limited. Tickets must be reserved online ahead of time. No tickets will be available at the door. To avoid overcrowding, tickets are available via time ticketing. Tickets will be for all 3 days on a first come, first served basis.

Just use promo code IncludeMe when when reserving your Inclusion Day tickets. The time selected for your tickets is the time you must enter the park. (Even Akron Zoo members must have tickets to enter the park.) See Akron Zoo visiting guidelines for details. Parking is only $3.

Please note: Masks are mandatory at the Akron Zoo, as mandated and directed by the State of Ohio, Summit County and the City of Akron. All guests, ages 10 and older, are required to wear a mask at all times when in the Akron Zoo. If you or a loved one are unable to wear a mask, please see an Akron Zoo team member upon arrival.
