Through a wide network of quality providers, individuals (including those with complex medical needs) enjoy services that complement their daily activities and offer opportunities to be included in their community.

All providers of center-based services are certified by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and services are coordinated by Summit DD Service and Support Administrators. Your goals and supports needed to achieve those goals are developed with your team and are included in your Individualized Service Plan (ISP).  Should center-based services be the best fit for you, they can also include day support, vocational habilitation or a combination of the two.

Day Support

  • Personal safety
  • Vocational skills
  • Independent living skills
