Community Event Listing Parameters for Quarterly Activity Guides

To ensure our Quarterly Activity guide remains helpful, inclusive, and easy to use, Summit DD uses the following guidelines for sharing seasonal events:

• While we share community events as a resource, we do not endorse, sponsor, or facilitate these events or activities unless explicitly stated.
• Some events or activities may have a cost. Summit DD is not responsible for event content, fees, availability, or accessibility.
• Seasonal events must be family-friendly and open to the general public.
• Events and activities should align with Summit DD’s values of inclusion, respect, and accessibility.
• Events that are unsafe, have inappropriate content, or discriminate on the basis of age, sex, race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or disability, will not be listed.
• Events focused primarily on sales, commercial promotions, fundraising, or recruitment will not be included.
• Events and activities by religious organizations for sectarian purposes will not be included.
• Events and activities from local school-based sports teams will not be included.
• Events and activities must be non-political, non-partisan, and cannot endorse a candidate or issue.
• We reserve the right to determine which events will be included.
