Celebrating the Summit DD Team
In celebration of our dedicated team members, Summit DD hosted our annual Employee Recognition Breakfast. We recognized the amazing efforts of nearly 70 employees with a combined service of more than 1,000 years! Summit DD also presented the second annual Core Value Awards. Over 40 team members were nominated for exemplifying our values of Trust, Respect, Collaboration, Innovation, Inclusion and Excellence. October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (known as NDEAM). It is a time to celebrate people of all abilities in the workplace. Employing a diverse workforce gives organizations the chance to solve problems and meet customers’ needs from new and different perspectives.
