Directed by Springfield High School’s Cheer Coach, Terry Kyser, the Spartan Sparkles squad consists of eight boys and girls of varying ages and developmental disabilities. The County of Summit Developmental Disabilities Board, or Summit DD, has named a successor for current Superintendent, Thomas Armstrong, who will be retiring at the end of November.  The Board selected John J.
